Kizer on Sun’s expectations, defense, and Maryland

We caught up with the former Terp after the Sun’s loss to Washington. She talked about her new team, she joined in the offseason after spending several years with the Fever. She talked about the team’s expectations and that despite their current place in the standings, that their goal is to still make the playoffs and continue to compete. Kizer also shared her thoughts on what Maryland and Coach Brenda Frese did for her and how they’ve continued to push out talent to the WNBA.
