Milwaukee Bucks 2017-18 Season Preview

Call the Bucks team “Futuristic.”

This team has length at every position. From Giannis Antetokounmpo playing seemingly every position to the young Thon Maker who is nearly 7’1, this team has bodies!

Behind the stellar play of Giannis, Milwaukee surprised a lot of people last year as they pushed Toronto to the brink in the playoffs. the team showed promise as they rolled out different line-up’s the whole season. With forward Khris Middleton back and fully healthy, the Bucks have the ability to score at nearly every position along with defend at a high level (well outside of Greg Monroe of course.)

Like last season, the season could go one of two ways for the Bucks. They could either have one of the best all around teams in the of the NBA, or they could fall and have one of the worst (like last season.) Thanks to a linty of injuries, Milwaukee could not stay healthy. From losing Middleton to 90 percent of the season to having trouble keeping their bigs healthy, The Bucks couldn’t stay out of the IR.

Giannas is hands down one of the best players in the league. With his ability to play nearly every position because of his length and skill, he is a nightly matchup nightmare. After NBA legend Kobe Bryant challenged him to gun for the MVP this season, look for a monster year from ” The Greek Freak.” He has already gone on record saying he is working on his three point shot, which will make him nearly un unguardable if he masters.

From possibly have a one in a generation player to having the reining rookie of the year, Milwaukee has talent and depth at every position. While Milwaukee is not one of the best three in the East, they could definitely make some noise and shake up the seed come playoff time.

Regular Season Prediction: 49-33
