One of the main targets of Georgetown in the class of 2015 is Noah Dickerson. He made headlines earlier this year after declaring that he would be transferring to Montverde Academy in Florida for the second semester.
Dickerson has had a lot on his plate, including the decision of what prep school he wished to attend. Due to a concussion sustained in a car crash, Dickerson missed time on the court. Dickson told Michael Bohlin of Hoyas247 that he feels as if he is back to full strength.
Today, I had a chance to speak with Dickerson about the transfer and other Georgetown related issues. I asked Dickerson what does he want to improve on going into next year.
“I want to develop more skill and be more developed as a player. My strength and condition will be something I will improve also.”
Dickerson is a very good player, I asked him about Georgetown’s style of play and how it meshes with his own style of play.
“Yes I do think they fit my style of play. They like to throw the ball in the post and I can post up. They play inside out.
Dickerson attended Georgetown’s Midnight Madness event earlier this season. He shared his thoughts on the members of the class of 2014 signees.
“LJ is scorer. Isaac is a 6’9 foward, who is athletic and can really shoot. Tre Campbell is really a good guard.”.
Dickerson also described the relationship he has with Kevin Brodus.
“We have a really good relationship. I talk to him all the time. I feel like he is a good guy to talk to and I call him on occasion to talk”.
