Josh Reaves, a shooting guard in the class of 2015 has recently been offered by Georgetown. The Hoyas have been following the junior for a long time . Kevin Broadus has been recruiting Reaves and has attended many games to watch him play.  Reaves stock has risen since he started his junior year and should continue to rise over the summer. His teammate Marcus Derrickson, committed to Georgetwon around October of last year.

Reaves  is expected to get more offers because he is playing for the Team Takeover EYBL team; which includes Kevin Dorsey, Frank Howard, and Derrickson. Reaves has truly improved his game, from shooting the ball, playing defense, and  overall scoring ability. One thing that Reaves plans to work on this summer is getting his muscle mass up, that is what a lot of coaches tell him. He shared that information with Hoyas247 at the Metro Challenge 60 event at Dematha High school a few weeks ago. Reaves is trying to work on ball handling and being more consistent with his shot. Reaves is a really athletic player with some crazy bounce.

According to 247 sports. Reaves is ranked 25th nationally at the shooting guard position in the class of 2015 and the4th rankeded prospect in the state of Virginia. His 247sports rating is 89, which equals three stars. This is a huge summer for Reaves and he plans on committing before the end of the summer or after the EYBL season ends.
