Wizards make a change on the second unit

While the trade hasn’t yet been completed, it’s been confirmed by several reporters both locally and nationally. It’s apparent that the Washington Wizards have acquired a new backup point guard from the Sacramento Kings.

Veteran point guard Andre Miller will be reunited with his former coach in Denver, George Karl should be happy to see him. The Wizards receive journeyman Ramon Sessions.

As Aldridge stated, Sessions does give Washington a younger option on the second unit. He should definitely be able to push the pace and is more of a scorer than Miller is. Sessions still has one year remaining on his contract.
